Looking for Training?

I often get asked by young adults and newbies to the design industry about where they can find good training resources. 

Usually, I start by telling them that they must first have the tools of the trade (I personally use the Adobe Creative Suite (CS3); which consists of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator and a few other power-house design tools).  Once you are equipped with some of the most powerful tools in the industry, you must learn how to use them to take full advantage of what they offer.
